EXPERIMENTAL & CONTEMPORARY
« Hazy Sky 49 degrees » is a mix media show for harp, dance, video and electronics. It is the result of a residence in Dubai, more specifically in the industrial district « Al Quoz », where warehouses and factories adjoin art galleries and performance spaces.
Influenced by the district atmosphere and their own experiences as artists based in this country very far away from their homes, the italian dancer and choreographer Alessia Amoni, the indian photographer and film maker Binu Bhaskar and Lucie who played, improvised and concepted the project, created and premiered this hybrid forty-five minutes long performance. The residency and premiere were supported and hosted by and at the agency « thefridgedubai ».
